This large house was built between 1860 and 1870 and was restored by Osvaldo Giesso in the 1980s. The façade is a replica of an 18th century house, the plans of which have been stored in the National Archive. Its brick and wood floors and ceilings have been preserved, as well as its patios with wells and fig trees. The San Telmo Foundation, in which important cultural events, classical music concerts and other activities were carried out, once operated in this house. A tango academy, a wine bar, different events and an art gallery, all with a particular local flavor, are now organized in this house. There is also storytelling, singing, dancing and music in the patios and different rooms of the house.
