This is an authentic and emblematic Buenos Aires Cafe, one of the oldest in the city. It was declared a Place of Cultural Interest since it has been open during an important part of our history. The building dates back to 1864 and its original architectural characteristics have been preserved. At first it was a grocery store, then it was used as a beverage warehouse and distribution center for many years. It has an original bar which is 105 years old. Many movies have been filmed in these facilities, such as \\\\\\\"Cafetín de Buenos Aires,\\\\\\\" \\\\\\\"El Tango cuenta su historia,\\\\\\\" \\\\\\\"Custodio de señoras\\\\\\\" and \\\\\\\"Desde el Abismo.\\\\\\\"
