Chez (Restaurants)

Location
Some time ago, four young French people from Alsace came to visit Argentina, 2 of which were chefs. In November, 2007, Corinne, Paul, David and Olivier set out on the adventure of opening the bistro Chez in the former house of Esteban de Luca (a 19th-century Argentine soldier and poet). The restaurant includes different sectors. The main area is the most classic part, with country-style wooden tables, large napkins, white tableware and glasses and cutlery already set out on the tables. The second sector includes armchairs and low tables in front of a fireplace. Lastly, there is a small part of the restaurant that includes a large reserved table for groups of friends. The menu includes a mix of good Argentine grilled beef cuts and traditional French sauces or side-dishes; a wonderful and especially delicious combination. All the specialties can be ordered with French bread, which is made every day in a bakery shop in Villa Urquiza by a French couple. In conclusion, it is a restaurant located in a building that was declared a historical monument, which offers the most delicious Alsatian cuisine.

I completely disagree with the comment on July 7 by \"unknown\". This place is fantastic. We had two of the best dinners ever here during our recent visit. Thanks again for the great food and service - Peter and Michael

This restaurant is one of the worst I have ever been to. The service is crap and the food is even worse. Do not go here because it is a waste of money, time and your appetite.
