They say that Lucky Luciano was a famous Italian-American mafia boss, who is considered the founder of organized crime as we know it today. It is known that Luciano Sosto has been a gastronome since he was born ( his father already had a restaurant in Palermo), that he runs this trattoria, which has become a classic, with great talent, that he became a wine steward at the "Escuela Argentina de Gastronomía" (Argentine School of Gastronomy), and that he was the founder of the "Centro Argentino de Vino y Espirituosas" (Argentine Wine and Spirits Center, CAVE) and the President of the "Asociación Argentina de Sommeliers" (Argentine Wine Steward Association).
