We who were no longer children in the early 90s remember how difficult it was, for example, to buy bread on Mondays or barbecue meat on Sundays or find an open supermarket any day of the week after 8:00 p.m. But many shops that opened in the 90s radically changed the market by offering delivery, diversified products and long hours of service. These changes also took place at pizzerías.
