Almost 90 years ago, there was a grocery store called "La Cosechera" in the old building where Bar Británico is located. This store was frequented by the Englishmen who at that time lived in the Englishmen's tenement on the corner of Brasil and Caseros. It is currently frequented by great artists, poets, journalists, writers, painters and musicians.
