The Montoya family are Spanish gypsies who emigrated to this country in search of a better life and now share part of their culture with their public through their flamenco music. This bar is open until very late; it offers long nights of guitar-playing and singing accompanied by Spanish tapas, clapping and sensual dances with feet-tapping. The environment is colonial-style, with a wooden stage, floor and tables, as well as a piano. The performance is by the Montoya brothers, with the participation of flamenco dancers. To find it, all you have to do is walk down Bolívar 900, from Wednesdays to Sundays and follow the guitar music that can be heard from outside the bar.
