A notable bar (from the Latin notabilis: worthy of notice, attention or care) which shows no signs of the passing of time. Time actually seems to stand still here. The waiters, the owners... everything here has an old-fashioned appearance, from the old tin-covered counters to the shelves and the grappa and gin bottles. Music is played on an old wooden radio that dates back to the fifties. The philosophy of the married couple who owns the place, José Moreira and Manuela López, is that if things aren't broken there's no need to buy new or more modern things.
