Micerino (Bars)

This is a small bar located on a corner on 9 de julio avenue. It is always full of people who come here to have lunch and return quickly to work. There are tables inside and outside, with a view of the trees and the small squares on this avenue, which is famous for being the widest in the world. (Is this true or do they just say this to satisfy the sense of grandeur of Buenos Aires natives?) Under the bar there are painted Egyptian figures which allude to the restaurant's name. You will find it by the sign of the name in red. You can't miss it! The restaurant serves fast food at the counter. The slices of pie are pretty large and they look appealing. Let's review a little history... do you remember Mycerinus? ("Micerino" is the translation in Spanish). We'll give you a little help: the Egyptian pyramids were Cheops, Chephren and Mycerinus. Mycerinus was the name given by the Greek to the Pharaoh Menkaura which represented internal peace and spiritual progression. Now that you know the story, go there in search of spirituality! Or just a good pie.
