This restaurant is found in a huge tavern with simple decoration. It is not a restaurant disguised as a tavern. It is a true tavern. The food is simple, homemade and tasty. The stew stands out. The prices are affordabe. It is said that while sitting at one of the tables in this tavern, Ernesto Sábato, a famous Argentine writer, wrote some of the pages of his novel “Sobre Héroes y Tumbas.” We don´t know if this is true, but we do know that from the restaurant one has an excellent view of Parque Lezama.
