San Telmo. Corner Estados Unidos and Balcarce. When Juan de Garay in 1580 drew the first layout of the city, decided that this corner would be at the southeast corner. Today it serves the Café Rivas. Restaurant on ground floor, café concert, first floor. Nice place, good food, good prices. Must stop if you walk through San Telmo.

Estuvimos anoche con una amiga, escuchando a Rita y a Noy, nos fuimos muy agradecidas con el lugar, la atención muy buena, la comida rica, pasamos una linda velada. Sigan así, da gusto conocer lugares tan acogedores. Gracias
