Attractive design shelter whose anteroom is an art gallery. From outside, an old house with his face repaired and laundered. Inside, a large space rescued from recycling to the structural elements of the existing furniture and major attractions which are a well and cistern to collect rainwater, located in basement but visible through a bullet-proof glass floor. The art gallery, one of the largest in the city and founder of the new contemporary art district of Calle Venezuela, has undertaken since its inception to disseminate the work of innovative artists of the younger and middle generations. The director is Caesar Menegazzo Cane.
