A couple of dolls are dancing tango by the window: a milonga dancer and a local suburban dancer invite you to visit this gallery, which, as indicated by the display, is a fun, positive environment located in an old building that is a sure stop for all tour guides because of its interesting architecture.
This gallery includes paintings, ceramics, sculptures and visual arts in general. It is three floors of pure art. In the main room there are many paintings, a piano and a friendly receptionist from Denmark. Down the stairs in the basement, there is an area full of paintings and sculptures; a joint exhibition by different artists with a variety of styles.
On the first floor up the majestic wooden staircase, there is more contemporary art. This area is often used to exhibit works done by masters and their students. There are exhibitions by young renowned artists, although their policy is to always include the work of the masters, but with the acknowledgment of new artists. Brenda, the current director of the gallery, is the daughter of the former owner of the place. She was raised and educated in the world of art and culture, by which she was clearly influenced. The result is excellent work based on experience, the perfect equation.
