Black cakes, "vigilantes" ("watchmen"), supiros de monja ("nuns' sighs"), bolas de fraile ("friar balls"), sacramentos ("sacraments"), medialunas ("half moons"), "cañoncitos" ("little cannons") made with milk jelly and the very dangerous "bombas" ("bombs") made with custard. You must be thinking: "What strange names!" They are all different types of "facturas" (large sweet pastries), which are a traditional part of local breakfasts. They are fantastic, especially if they're still warm. You will find them at Amanecer, a home-made style bakery where, after some experimenting, Martha invented her sweet honey croissants. These delicious patries have become a classic. They are so delightful that even the renowned chef Martiniano Molina, who has an office only one block away, visits the place. Another fan of these sweet croissants is the famous handsome actor Juan Palomino, who only goes on Sundays. A double treat: Juan enjoys the sweet croissants and the shopgirls enjoy Juan's captivating gaze.

Las medialunas son de lo mejor que hay y las chicas q atienden ahi en san telmo son bien perras, me cogi como a 5 empleadas, soy vecino del negocio y la verdad las chicas y las medialuna son mi delicia.

DEL AMANECER tambien està en PINAMAR, en LENGUADO Y ENEAS, las mejores medialunas y tortitas negras rellenas de dulce de leche estàn ahì. NO PODÈS IR A PINAMAR Y NO PASAR A PROBARLAS...!!

Todas las mañanas q puedo, aveces me resisto porque sino mi silueta deja de estabilizarse, me compro al menos 2 medialunas en su local, y estoy enloquecida por saber la receta, porque son exquisitas!!!!!La verdad los felicito!
