This is a French academicist style building that dates back to 1920. It has been preserved as part of the architectural heritage of the city of Buenos Aires. It was completely renovated just a few years ago, and the floors, marble work and woodwork have been preserved. It is a pretty, quiet apartment on the 1st floor, reached by stairs (no lift).
